Laurier in Ste- Hyacinthe, since January 4, 2019, who suffered unreasonable odour pollution. Injunction to retrofit the rendering facilities to eliminate fetid odour, and have all Defendants' meat waste transport vehicles refrigerated to 4 degrees celcius, airtight, leak proof and indicating they carry biomedical wastes.
