All persons who reside or have resided in Canada, who used any of the chemical Hair Straightening Products, as defined in paras. 5 and 6 below, manufactured by the Respondents and where the person is deceased, their heirs and estates (the “Users”); and All persons who are the spouse, parent, child, sibling, dependent, or caregiver to a person in the preceding paragraph (the “Family Members”) (collectively, the “Class Members”)
