Toutes les personnes physiques et morales au Canada qui ont acheté un produit soumis aux écofrais chez Dollarama, Pharmaprix ou Amazon et qui ont payé un prix supérieur au prix annoncé (excluant la taxe de vente) parce que les écofrais n'étaient pas inclus dans le prix annoncé de façon évidente. / All natural and legal persons in Canada who purchased a product subject to the Environmental Handling Fee (“EHF”) from Dollarama, Pharmaprix or Amazon and who paid a price higher than the price advertised (excluding sales tax) because the EHF was not included in the price prominently advertised.

Description of the sub-class 1:

Toutes les personnes qui ont acheté un produit soumis à des écofrais de Dollarama au Québec entre le 11 décembre 2019 et le 4 juillet 2023, ou ailleurs au Canada entre le 29 mai 2021 et le 4 juillet 2023. (ci-après le « Groupe de règlement Dollarama ») / All persons who purchased a product subject to an Environmental Handling Fee (“EHF”) from Dollarama in Quebec between December 11, 2019 and July 4, 2023, or elsewhere in Canada between May 29, 2021 and July 4, 2023. (hereinafter referred to as the “Dollarama Settlement Class”).
