In the case of physical persons only, indirectly from Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge through the Aeroplan loyalty plan owned and operated by Aimia Canada inc. online, in person, or over the telephone; v. In the case of physical persons only, indirectly through Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge through the Air Miles loyalty program owned and operated by LoyaltyOne inc., online, in person, or over the telephone. and for whom an international fuel surcharge was charged by Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge and paid to them, regardless of whether the flight was operated by Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge or code-shared with any one of the member airlines of the Star Alliance group or any other airline.
